Conference Manager

This feature allows you to schedule a conference or control a conference in progress via a secure web interface. Graphical real-time usage reports may be viewed and exported to a .csv file. A secure login may be obtained by contacting customer service at 877-709-8255.

Audio Console

Accessible via Conference Manager, Audio Console allows you to control a conference in progress via a secure web interface. Leader Controls include Lecture Mode, Mute, Dial-Out, Name Line, Active Talker Display, Start/Stop a Recording, Disconnect Participants and Print a Participant List.

Available with Reservationless and Scheduled conferences.

Recording Manager

Access all of your recorded Event audio conferences via the Recording Manager. Download your recording in MP3 format and/or send it to the email address on file. Recordings are retained for 30 days.

UBlast

Online tool that enable Leaders to create a Dial List from which all Participants can be called to initiate a conference (also know as Blast Dial). Leaders are required to enter the phone # and name of all Participants on the Dial List; this will allow for the Attendance Report to include names as well as phone #'s.

Common Questions

  • How do I download my recordings?

    To get access to your reservationless recordings, create a logon for our new customer dashboard. Once you have created a logon, you can click Conference Overview in the My Conference section of the dashboard. Select the History icon under Actions to receive a list of your conference calls for the last 6 months. Find the conference with the recording you want to download. Right click the recording name and click save target as… Choose where you would like to save the MP3 file and click OK.

  • I just received my conference card, how do I schedule my conference?

    With a reservationless or TogetherTalk conference card there is no need to schedule a conference with the Conference Group. Your conference card is available for use 24/7/365. To start your conference leaders and participants may dial any of the access numbers listed on your conference card. Once connected, enter the corresponding passcode followed by the # sign. If you are a participant, you may hear music until the leader joins the conference.

  • How do I find international Toll-free numbers?

    To get a list of available INTF numbers, create a logon for our new customer dashboard. Once you have created a logon, you can click the option on the side for a list of numbers you can use with your conference card.

  • How do I get additional Reservationless conference cards?

    To add additional Reservationless or TogetherTalk conference cards to your account, you can either send an email to support@conferencegroup.com or call 877-263-4047. You will need your account number or company name, plus a valid leader passcode.
